About me
Being a dual licensed Realtor in Canada and the USA as well as having worked with both commercial and residential real estate in the UK and South Africa in various capacities, allows me a different perspective than the standard agents approach.
I have successfully started and built companies in four countries, while also achieving national level sports awards amongst a number of other personal and professional achievements.
I have recently joined the board of directors of a Vancouver Island Non profit, Land Trust Association of British Columbia. This allows me to give back to my community and assist others.
You will not see the usual “sold posts” that almost all agents post on social media, as I do not believe that it benefits my clients in any way.
Although I have some education in economics and business, you will not see any social media posts about what I think the market is going to do, I am not an economist.
What I do bring, is a client centric approach to my work, to value your individual needs and your privacy.
